How Does Friends Rates Work?

1-800-D2C negotiates best-in-market deals on the most popular ecommerce tools brands use in their tech stacks. We aim to always have the best deals on tools available.

To do this, we usually negotiate special discounts with tools for the 1-800-D2C community. If a tool is not willing to give our community a discount or tries to avoid discounting their product, then we will join their affiliate program and pass all of the savings onto you, our brands.

We do not earn affiliate commissions from Friends Rates, so rest assured that we are not trying to sell you tools because we earn kickbacks. We do not do that. Most tools offer partners 10-20% revenue share on the customers that they bring to them - we get access to that and pass it off to you as a discount.
