Non-Alcoholic was a really big trend in 2018-2020 and brands like Seedlip and Three Spirit really set themselves apart from the rest as alternatives to spirits for high end cocktail bars. But then - the category evolved, and new players like Wednesday’s Domaine started to offer non-alcoholic drinks in the wine space too. We suspect we’ll see a lot more of these pop up.
